Here’s How It Works.
Partnering with Erigo takes the form of a six step process. It begins with an initial meeting and culminates with employees on your work site—performing duties, producing work and revenues at your direction, but without all the HR burden and difficulties.
Step 1: Initial Meeting
Erigo understands that each potential client has unique business needs that correspondingly require a unique business solution. As such, Erigo will initially meet with potential client’s representatives in person in order to understand the business model, industry, and present potential solutions for how Erigo might bring value to the organization.
Step 2: Request for Solution (RFS)
Erigo asks that potential clients explain their distinctive needs on paper. We have developed a form providing helpful questions, however, this may take any form you wish as long it provides us with the necessary information to respond with specific service solutions and estimate competitive pricing.
Step 3: Proposal
Erigo will present a solution, offer a structured price quote and answer any questions.
Step 4: Service Agreement
Erigo and the client will agree to a service agreement which defines the rights and responsibilities of each party and a detailed explanation of the services to be provided.
Step 5: Implementation Plan
Once the client decides to move forward with the process, Erigo will create a plan of implementation, educate employees in regard to processes of communication and establish a target date for implementation.
Step 6: Employee Orientation
Erigo representatives will meet with new worksite employees and explain the co-employment relationship and enroll eligible employees into the benefit plans and programs agreed to by the client.
